You have held them in awe...you have admired them...you always wonder what they are doing...you have loads of questions for them but never found the courage to ask them....the Thing to Do Today is:
"Speak or write a mail to your company's senior manager"
Dont write to them about your grievances...take this opportunity to initiate a dialog with your senior manager...find out what you want to know about the company....about their work...what makes them tick....if you have some suggestion for the company go ahead and do that.....just initiate a dialog....it could lead to a strong lasting relation...
P.S.: Make sure you dont vent your anger...just use this as a means to get the information you want..
