
Its time to eat healthy again....the Thing to Do today is:
"Eat a Red Banana today"
While its green counter part is well known in the northern parts of India....its red counter part is not so well known.....but when you dig into it....its sinfully yummy....and also is adequate for your daily intake of calcium potassium and some other minerals....
P.S.: Take some effort to go and find that red banana....also plan something out for your mom tomorrow as it is Mother's day
