
I so wish I weighed less....I need more energy to kick start my day....I wish I had healthy eating habits....worry not...our Thing to Do today is a healthy option
"Snack on fruits today"
Eat that succinct mango....or the yummy berries....or even the plain old...an apple a day keeps the doctor away will do....just eat fruits today.....
P.S.: Dont worry the recession has not hit you so much that you cant eat any humble fruit..... ;)
